I stayed here with friends and had a great time exploring Voltaire and the Eaux-Vives salons. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for our group vacation! Just be prepared for some challenges, like the outdated furniture and a slight delay at check-in, but overall, it was a fun experience.
We were a bit disappointed with the outdated furniture in our room. It felt like it hadn't been updated in ages, which brought down the experience a bit.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the convenient tram stop right in front. The lovely staff went above and beyond by warming our baby food countless times. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city with our cousin and kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a proper mattress for the baby cot was disappointing. It would be great if they improved the baby amenities.

Great hotel for solo travelers
The room was pretty tight, but clean, had a kettle for tea, and the reception guys were super friendly, they gave me some drinking water when I checked in. I liked that it was easy to get around, there's a tram stop right out front, makes it simple to get to attractions.
It was a bit pricey, but I guess that’s just how it is in this kind of place.

The Superior Room felt cramped, barely accommodating luggage and leaving little wiggle room. Wi-Fi connectivity was a hassle, leaving us in the dark on work calls until the very last day. No robes or slippers unless you book the Executive Room, which felt like a letdown for a place this pricey. Noise was another issue. at night, you could hear doors slamming and other guests, making it less peaceful than hoped. To top it off, there’s a quirky CHF50 deposit policy per night that’s just unnecessary and off-putting.
